Edible Wednesday: Peach Shredded Wheat Crumble

Before you read this...please note, it's all gone. I can assure you this Peach Shredded Wheat Crumble was absolutely delicious and addictive. I say this sweetly...and for the record...I cannot be held liable for your making this, enjoying it to the fullest, and wanting more! You have been warned.

Ok - Now with that out of the way...

Here's what you'll need:
8 LARGE Shredded Wheat biscuits
1 large can (24 oz) of Sliced Peaches (need to dice) (I prefer unsweetened)
1 stick of butter
1/2 - 1 cup Brown Sugar (this may depend on what kind of peaches you get)
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
Chopped Pecans (optional)
Raisins (optional)
And a 9x13 Pyrex dish or other pan

Here's what you'll do:
Lay our your biscuits in the pan.
Layer the peaches on top, and then our all of the juice from the can on top.
Chop up the butter and spread it out on top.
Spread out the Brown Sugar, Cinnamon & Nutmeg
Add Raisins & Pecans or any other toppings of choice.
Bake in the oven 375d until the top is golden brown and all the butter is melted and juices absorbed (20-30 min)
Serve immediately topped with the ever so wonderful Vanilla Ice Cream! (and enjoy)

Busy Monday: Get Your Craft On! DCC Blog Hop

Make some Leprechaun Pajamas and fill them with Gold!
Hello everyone - long time no talk! It's time for some crafting, during the March crafting madness month! The Designer Crafts Connection Blog hop is all about March Craft Month - so there are some awesome things to check out...and some giveaways too! Please be sure to click through everyone to find your pot of gold!

I wanted to put this post together to highlight some fun crafts you can make this month for your kids, for their friends, or for gifts! No matter what you make this month, just make it fun! Click on the caption for more info (except the hand drawing - there's no post for that one).
Have some lucky green eggs and ham for breakfast!

Make some lovely fortune cookies....or green/golden lucky ones for St. Patty's Day!
If all you do is craft & draw on your own hands...that's ok too!

Life has been crazy - and it's only going to get crazier in the coming weeks and months! I am going to commit to blogging at least once a week, but I'm not sure yet, what I can tell you that I am working on and when! I will spill the beans as soon as I know! Until then, I will blog about what ever I can, and hopefully you'll love it and come back each week!
